矿井无极绳绞车压绳装置改进及其应用

为避免无极绳绞车钢丝绳弹出、脱绳事件的发生,对传统压绳装置受力情况进行分析,并对传统压绳装置进行改进,利用两组跑道轮代替传统的转轴,将压绳方式由原来的斜弹压绳方式改造成平推压绳。技术改造后,钢丝绳脱绳、弹出事件大大降低,保证了矿井安全生产。

Improvement and Application of Rope Pressing Device of Mine Endless Rope Winch

In order to avoid the occurrence of the wire rope popping and breaking out of the endless rope winch,the stress of the traditional rope pressing device is analyzed,and the traditional rope pressing device is improved.Two sets of runway wheels are used to replace the traditional rotating shaft,and the rope pressing method is transformed from the original oblique elastic rope pressing method to the flat push rope pressing method.After the technical transformation,the occurrence of wire rope falling out and popping is greatly reduced,which ensures the safety production of the mine.
