摘    要:针对某铜矿山氧化铜矿石含泥量高的现状,对该氧化铜矿石的类型和矿物组成进行了分析,对3种粒级(-0.295,0.295~1,-1mm)的矿样进行了酸法浸出实验。实验结果表明,其中0.295~1mm粒级的矿石可用槽浸工艺进行浸出。矿石渗透性良好,铜的浸出率为70.27%,铁浸出率为2.22%,酸耗为10.06t/t铜,具有较好的可浸性。

Abstract:In view of the high mud content of oxidized copper ore in some copper mine,the types and mineral components of the oxidized copper ore with high mud content were analyzed.The acid leaching experiment was made on three kinds of ore samples with different grade sizes(-0.295,0.295 ~ 1,-1 mm).The experimental results showed that the ore with grade size of 0.295 ~ 1 mm can be processed using vat leaching technology,of which permeability and leachability are good,the leaching rate of copper is 70.27%,the leaching rate of iron is 2.22%,average acid consumption is 10.06t /t Cu.
