| 摘 要： | 关于该种晶体管的结构、特性、使用方法和它在单相逆变器或直流斩波器中作为功率开关的系统组成，本文均逐一作了阐述，并对配存该晶体管的几种电路的应用条件给予了评价。结合实践，还指出了该晶体管在使用时应注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | The authors describe the structure, characteristics and practical use method of this transistor as well as the make-up of power switch as which it is used in single-phase converter or DC chopper, assess the application conditions of several kinds of circuits with this tramsistor and sum up several problems which should be careful when using the transistor according to their practical experiences. |
