| 摘 要： | 我国铜资源的缺口很大,急需利用海外资源。在分析我国海外铜矿产资源开发进展的基础之上,分析了影响我国海外铜矿产资源开发的主要因素;构建了海外铜矿产资源开发技术经济评价指标体系及多因素层次模糊综合评价模型;最后,以赞比亚为例进行了分析与说明,旨在为我国矿山企业海外开发铜资源提供参考。
