铜离子对闪锌矿、黄铁矿浮选的选择性活化机理研究

摘    要:本文对铜离子活化闪锌矿(ZnS)和黄铁矿(FeS2)的表面化学、溶液化学以及两种矿物的浮选分离进行了综合评述,分析讨论了铜离子浓度、活化时间、pH值、表面电荷、表面氧化程度、矿浆电位等主要因素对闪锌矿和黄铁矿活化浮选的影响.为生产实践中闪锌矿、黄铁矿的绿色、高效浮选分离提供一定的理论及技术支撑.

Abstract:In this paper, the copper ion activated sphalerite(Zn,Fe)S and (FeS2)pyrite surface chemistry, interfacial chemistry and the interaction of two minerals has carried on the comprehensive review and analysis of copper ion concentration is discussed, activation time, pH value, surface charge, surface oxidation degree, important factors such as pulp potential effects on activation of sphalerite and pyrite flotation. The flotation separation of pyrite and sphalerite is advantageous to the high pH value, the appropriate concentration and the appropriate time of action. At the same time, sufficient oxidation potential is needed to ensure that pyrite can be fully inhibited when sphalerite floats. High alkali conditions are conducive to the flotation separation of sphalerite and pyrite, while under low alkali conditions, the addition of agents such as NH4Cl or Na2SO3 can also improve the separation effect of the two minerals.
