某多金属硫化物金矿综合利用试验研究

摘    要:某多金属硫化物金矿属于石英脉型矿床,矿石原生泥含量高,对选矿影响大。笔者针对该矿石性质,在保证金的回收率的前提下,采用先浮选金后浮选锌的选矿工艺,分别得到含Au41.51g/t,回收率94.56%的金精矿;含Zn 43.30%,回收率66.71%的锌精矿,同时金精矿中还回收了大部分铜、铅、银等,为该矿的综合利用提供了较好的方案。

Abstract:In the polymetallic gold sulphide ore(belongs to quartz vein deposit)the content of primary slime is higher,it can greatly influence separation efficiency.According to the ore properties,a mineral processing technological flowsheet of flotation of gold firstly,and then flotation of zinc was adopted.The gold concentrate of 41.51g/t Au with a recovery of 94.56% and the zinc concentrate of 43.30% Zn with a recovery of 66.71% were obtained respectively.At the same time,most of copper,lead,silver and so on were also recovered in gold concentrate.The research result provided a reasonable technological scheme for comprehensive utilization of the ore.
