摘    要:根据工程现场实际,利用重整化群(RNG)湍流模型进行了倾斜式扩散器28个工况的数值计算分析,基于相似准则进行了该扩散器5个工况的模型实验分析.通过对比分析2种研究手段的结果,指出倾斜式扩散器的结构与来流速度分布不匹配.利用构建的非均匀平面来流与虚拟汇的速度势叠加方程,构造出节能型扩散器轮廓线;借助数值计算与模型实验,指出该型扩散器的最优断面系数值为2.28.通过对比分析节能型扩散器的模型实验及数值计算结果,得出该型扩散器的结构与来流速度分布基本匹配.

Structure optimization and experiment on diffuser of main mine fan
Abstract:On the basis of engineering practice from such a coal mine, the numerical calculation analyses of 28 boundary conditions of slope diffuser were made by renormalization group turbulence model, and five boundary conditions model experiment analyses were made by similarity criteria. With comparing and analyzing results from two research tools, it is pointed out that structure of slope diffuser mismatches velocity distribution of inflow. With superimposing velocity potential equation between non uniform planar inflow and virtual sink, outlines of saving energy diffuser were constructed. By virtue of numerical calculations and model experiments, the optimized section enlarging ration of saving energy diffuser is found out, namely the numerical value is 2.28. Comparing numerical calculation results with model experiment results, it is educed that structure of saving energy diffuser basically matches velocity distribution of inflow.
