摘    要:为了研究救灾过程中风量远程调控技术及最佳的风量分配,运用通风学、流体动力学及燃烧学的相关理论,分析了火灾蔓延速度、烟流滚退及“蛙跳”现象对救灾过程风量调控的影响。结合矿井实况,分析了救灾系统启动前后的风网变化,计算了火区风阻和4种风门开度下的调节风阻,利用风网解算技术得出救灾过程中灭火撤人的最佳风量分配和风机的运行工况。提出了灾变过程中远程风量调节与控制方法,对救灾过程中烟流区和非烟流区的风量进行监测与实时显示,设计了开度可调的门体结构,开发了远程控制面板及程序。

Abstract:Aiming to research the process of air flow remote control technology and best air distribution during disaster relief,by using mine ventilation,fluid dynamics and combustion theory,this paper analyzed the influence on air quantity regulation of fire spread speed,smoke back flow,and the phenomenon of leapfrog during fire disaster relief process.Combined with actual situation,analyzed the change of ventilation network before and after fire disaster relief,calculated fire area wind resistance and regulation wind resistance of air doors under four kinds of different openings.Based on ventilation network calculation technology,the best air distribution and fan operating conditions were obtained during disaster relief process.Remote air quantity regulation and control method were put forward,air quantity of smoke and non-smoke area monitored and real-time display,and adjustable opening of air doors structure and remote control program were designed.
