沿空留巷围岩控制理论与实践

摘    要:在采场覆岩运动特征分析基础上,阐明了采空侧楔形区顶板的传递承载机制;提出留巷围岩区域应力优化技术思路,研究了采空侧顶板预裂卸压机理;基于巷旁支护系统刚度匹配原则,提出整体强化的沿空留巷结构控制原理。总结出预裂爆破卸压、分区治理、结构参数优化、"三位一体"围岩控制及墙体快速构筑等沿空留巷围岩控制关键技术,并给出了厚层坚硬顶板直覆和深井复合顶板2个典型条件下的工程案例。

Theory and practice of surrounding rock control for pillarless gob-side entry retaining
Abstract:According to an analysis of movement characteristics of stope overlying strata,the paper illuminated the transfer mechanism of wedge-shaped roof bearing district;proposing a technical idea of regional stress optimization,and paper studied pressure relief mechanism of lateral roof presplitting;The control principle of strengthening the whole gob-side entry retaining structure was proposed,based on stiffness matching principle of roadside supporting system.Then,a series of critical technologies of surrounding rock control in gob-side entry retaining were put forward,containing the methods of presplitting pressure relief,district control,structure parameters optimization,“three support zones forming one system” surrounding rock control and rapid construction of roadside wall.Finally,the paper gave industrial verification of research results above,combining two gob-side entry retaining cases with typical occurrence conditions of thick hard overlying roof and compound roof in deep mine.
