摘    要:采用以钢厂赤泥为主要组分制备的氧化铁基高温煤气脱硫剂,在固定床反应装置上考察了再生温度、空速以及氧气含量对初次再生行为的影响,并通过XRD,XPS等测试手段表征了再生前后氧化铁基高温煤气脱硫剂物相组成.研究结果表明: 600 ℃,4 000 h-1和6%O2为含氧气氛下氧化铁高温煤气脱硫剂的最佳再生条件;脱硫剂中FeS再生后转变为Fe2O3和SO2,以及少量的单质硫;再生温度、氧含量影响硫酸盐生成,硫酸钙是再生增重和再生后活性下降的主要原因.

Abstract:Fe2O3 based high temperature coal gas desulfurizer was prepared by red mud from steel factory. The influences of regeneration temperature, space velocity and oxygen concentration on regeneration performances of prepared Fe2O3 based high temperature coal gas desulfurizer were tested in fixed bed reactor. The changes of phase and composition of Fe2O3 based high temperature coal gas desulfurizer before and after regeneration were characterized by XRD and XPS. The results show that 600 ℃, 4 000 h-1 and 6%O2 is the best regeneration condition for Fe2O3 based high temperature coal gas desulfurizer in the atmosphere with oxygen. FeS in the desulfurizer reactes with oxygen to produce Fe2O3, SO2 and few sulfur. The formation of sulfuric salt in hot coal gas desulfurization sorbents is influenced by regenerated temperature and oxygen content. The formation of calcium sulphate is the cause of weight adding and activity downing for Fe2O3 based hot coal gas desulfurization sorbents after regeneration.
