综放工作面参数正交回归优化研究

摘    要:综放工作面生产能力受到工作面长度、割煤速度、移架速度、放煤速度、班进刀数、回刀速度等各种参数的综合影响。在统计分析综放工作面系统和基础上建立各子系统模拟模型,运用正交优化设计与模拟回归技术,系统地研究了放工作面参数优化,获得综放工作面各参数对工作面生产能力的影响规律,即影响工作面产量的因素按重要程度排序为:原班进刀数、工作面长度、割煤速度、回刀速度、移架速度和放煤速度。

Abstract:Production capability of fully mechanized sub level caving face is synthetically influenced by many factors such as face length, cutting velocity, velocity of support moving, drawing velocity, shift cutting advancement and cutting free velocity. Some sub system simulation models have been set up on the basis of system analysis of parameters of fully mechanized sub level caving face in the paper. Systemic study on parameter optimizing was conducted in accordance with orthogonal optimizing design and simulation regression technology. Effecting pattern of production capability regarding the parameters of fully mechanized sub level caving face was obtained in order that shift cutting advancement, face length, cutting velocity, cutting free velocity, velocity of support moving and drawing velocity.
