烟煤挥发分和焦炭分解燃烧过程中NO释放特性

摘    要:采用固定床反应器,将烟煤的燃烧分为焦炭燃烧和挥发分燃烧两部分,研究了各自燃烧过程中产生NO的规律,评价了焦炭N和挥发分N对煤粉燃烧产生NO的相对贡献.研究结果表明,煤粉N﹑焦炭N和挥发分N的转化率都随过量空气系数α和温度的增加而增加;由挥发分N转变成NO是烟煤燃烧过程的主要来源;烟煤NO的转化率都小于其分解燃烧时挥发分NO+焦炭NO的总转化率;氧化性气氛越强,挥发分和焦炭在煤粉燃烧时的相互作用越强.

Abstract:Bituminous coal combustion was taken apart volatile and char combustion in a fixed-bed reactor.Studied NO release characteristics of volatile-N and char-N combustion respectively, and evaluated the relative contribution of volatile-N and char-N to NO formation of coal combustion.Coal-N, volatile-N and char-N conversion increases with excess air coefficient and temperature increases.Volatile-N is the primary resources during bituminous coal combustion.The coal-N conversion fraction is less than the total conversion fraction of volatile-N and char-N.Reciprocity is more stronger between volatile and char during coal combustion with oxidization atmosphere increases.
