神府煤矿物组合特性及微量元素分布特性定量研究

摘    要:为了定量研究煤中微量元素与煤中矿物亲和关系,通过利用低温灰化联合三溴甲烷浮沉方法对神府煤进行了重矿物分离研究,并结合场发射扫描电镜结合X射线能谱仪(FSEM-EDX),X射线衍射仪(XRD),电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)等方法定量揭示了神府煤中矿物组合特性及微量元素分布特性。结果表明:神府煤低温灰和轻灰矿物组分基本相同,主要包括石英、方解石、烧石膏、同时也存在少量的高岭石和堇青石;重灰中以含铁和含钙矿物为主,包括黄铁矿、菱铁矿、方解石、石膏、石英和针绿矾。ICP-MS测试结果表明,煤中矿物是微量元素的宿主,神府煤轻灰中富集的微量元素包括Li,Be,Sc,Ga,Rb,Sr,Y,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Th,Zr,Hf;重灰中富集的微量元素包括V,Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mo,Cd,Sb,Re,Pb,U,Sn和As。

Quantitative investigations on mineral matter and distributions of trace elements in Shengfu coal
Abstract:In order to quantitatively study the affinity between the trace elements in coal and mineral in coal,a novel method combining low temperature ashing and float-sink was adopted for understanding the mineralogy and the distributions of trace elements,as well as the relationships between trace elements and mineral matter of the Shengfu coal.The mineralogy of the coal was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM).The distributions of trace elements in coal and the mineral fractions was determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).The results indicated phase mineral compositions of low temperature ash and light mineral fractions are almost the same.And the major compositions are quartz,calcite,bassanite,while some kaolinite and iolite can also be identified.Heavy mineral fraction is enriched in iron and calcium bearing minerals,including pyrite,siderite,calcium,gypsum,quartz and coquimbite.Minerals are the major host for the trace elements in coal.Trace elements which are enriched in light mineral fraction of Shenfu coal including Li,Be,Sc,Ga,Rb,Sr,Y,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Th,Zr and Hf.While V,Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mo,Cd,Sb,Re,Pb,U,Sn and As are obviously enriched in heavy mineral fractions in coal.
