神华煤微波改性提高成浆性能的研究

摘    要:在氮气保护下,利用微波炉加热改性方法对难成浆的乌沙山电厂神华煤进行了改性提高其成浆性能的研究.对改性前后煤样的表面形态和孔隙结构利用氮吸附仪进行了测定.利用黏度计对改性前后煤样的成浆性能进行了对比.通过对煤样进行4种不同功率和3种不同改性时间的改性处理,煤样的表面形态与孔隙结构发生了变化,煤样的比表面积减小,孔径略有升高.煤的成浆性能得到了很大的提高,其中以420 W下,处理时间为60 s时改性的效果最好,在由原始煤样制浆浓度的56.01%上升到59.34%情况下,黏度由797.64 mPa·s降到360.64 mPa·s.说明微波改性对提高煤样成浆性能具有良好效果.

Abstract:As a coal with bad slurrying property,Shenhua coal in Wushashan Power Plant was pretreated by microwave pre heating in nitrogen to improve its slurrying property. The pretreated and original coal’s specific area and pore diameter were analyzed by Autosorb 1 C physisorption analysis instrument. Their slurry’s property was analyzed by HAAKE VT550 viscometer. The original coal was pretreated by microwave with four pre heating power and three pre heating time. Comparing the original coal,the pretreated coal’s specific area decreases slightly, its pore diameter increases. The pretreated coal’s slurrying property improve distinctly, especially the pretreated coal at 420 W of 60 s, its slurry’s apparent viscosity reduces to 360. 64 mPa·s from original coal’s slurry’s 797.64 mPa·s,and its slurry’s concentration improves to 59. 34% from original coal’s slurry’s 56.01%.The results prove that the microwave pre-heating improves the coal’s slurrying property distinctly.
