振动穿流床煤炭干燥动力学研究

摘    要:振动穿流床煤炭干燥是针对这气重介流化床干法煤对入选原的干燥要求的而开发的一种物料干燥新方法。根据振动穿流特殊的气固接触方式和煤炭水分分布特点,运用传热学和干燥学基本原理推导出了振动穿流床干燥过程动力学数学模型及干燥率常数关系式。通过对180组干燥试验数据的回归计算,确定了模型式的经验系数。模型计算值与实验值吻合。

Abstract:Coal drying in a hot gas penetrating vibrated bed is a newly developed drying method for meeting the drying requirements of the feed coal of the coal dry separator with air dense medium fluidized bed. According to the peculiar gas solid contacting behaves and the moisture distribution characteristics of coal, a mathematical model on kinetics of coal drying in a hot gas penetrating vibrated bed and a formula of drying rate constant are deduced theoretically based on the priciples of heat transfer and drying. The coefficients of the model are decided through regression calculation of 180 sets of experimental data. The calculating data of the model well coincide with the experimental data.
