顶煤放出规律计算机可视化仿真

摘    要:应用散体顶煤运动数学模型和计算机可视化仿真技术,对顶煤放出扩展过程及放煤步距、放煤间距等工艺参数影响顶煤放出规律进行了动态可视化仿真研究。研究结果表明,一定条件下顶煤的放出形态为近似旋转椭球体,相邻椭球体之间的三角煤难以全部做出;优化放顶煤主要工艺参数是提高煤放出率、降低含矸率的有效措施。本方法的应用为优化工艺参数和研究顶煤放出规律提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:On the basis of applying mathematics model of loose top-coal movement and computer visualization simulation technology as well, the dynamics visualization simulation was conducted so as to study the developing process of top coal drawing body and top coal drawing law with different drawing intervals and opening intervals. It shows that the shape of coal drawing is approximate rotating ellipsoid and it is very difficult to drawing the triangle coal between two ellipsoid completely. It is main measure to optimize the technology parameters of sub-level caving so as to improve coal drawing ratio and reduce refuse content. A new approach was put forward to optimize technology parameters and study coal drawing law with this method.
