广州市某综合楼桩基检测和断桩成因分析

广州市某综合楼桩基采用沉管灌注桩。用反射波法对该柱基进行了质量检测，发现断桩、缩径桩比例较大。文章就该工地桩基质量差的原因进行了主观、客观分析，并提出了减少和避免断桩、缩径桩的建议。

PILE FOUNDATION EXAMINATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE CAUSE OF PILE CUT-OFF AT A SYNTHETIC BUILDING IN GUANGZHOU CITY

For the pile foundation of the synthetic building at Guangzhou city, the cast-in-place tube sinking piles are adopted. The quality examination has been executed using the reflected wave method. The pile cutoff and tbe shrinking-diameter piles are discovered and numbered in rather large proportion. This paper makes subjective and objective analysis of the cause of the poor quality of the pile foundation. Recommendations to decrease and avoid the pile cut-off and shrinking-diameter piles are presented.
