| 摘 要： | 资源型城市产业转型在战略、产业、市场、政策等各方面都存在不确定性，这使得资源型城市产业转型失败率很高，风险很大。如何在产业转型前准确地对该产业转型风险进行评估，已成为资源型城市产业转型前期工作的关键所在。本文对资源型城市产业转型风险评估的指标体系进行设计，并建立相应的模糊综合模型，为资源型城市产业转型风险评估提供了客观依据。

| Abstract: | The industry transformation of the resources city is uncertain in strategies, industry, market, policy, and so on, which makes the resources city high miss ratio and great risk. The risk evaluation before industry transformation becomes a key prophase work of industry transformation of resources city. This paper designs a series of indexes system of risk evaluation for resources city industry transformation, and sets up the relevant illegibility integration model, and scientifically provides the considerable basis for industry transformation of resources city. |
