| 摘 要： | 在对内蒙古资源型城市发展现状进行分析的基础上，从经济、社会、资源与环境4个方面构建资源型城市产业转型能力评价指标体系，采用因子分析法对内蒙古的5个资源型城市的产业转型能力进行评价。研究表明，乌海市资源产业的发展已进入衰退阶段，产业转型压力较大，但产业转型能力最强；包头市经济发展速度较快，产业结构较为合理，转型能力较强；鄂尔多斯、呼伦贝尔以及赤峰市对资源的依赖程度过高，产业结构单一，产业转型能力最弱。最后针对不同的城市，提出了产业转型的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the Inner Mongolias resources based cities development status, constructs an evaluation index system of their industrial transformation capability from economy, society, resources and environment, and applies factor analysis to evaluate Inner Mongolias five resources based cities. Wuhai is fading in its resources industry with big pressure in industrial transformation but with strong capability. Baotous economy goes fast with rational industrial structure and with relatively strong capability. Ordos, Hulunbeier and Chifeng depend largely upon resources with single industrial structure, weak in capability. This paper presents suggestions in industrial transformation for different cities. |
