摘    要:为了提高矿井资源回收率、减少巷道掘进量和出矸率,苇町煤矿基于9号煤巷道围岩生产地质条件,进行无煤柱沿空留巷技术攻关。为提高工作面安全高效回采,通过技术研究对91310综采工作面沿空留巷(91220)进行爆破切顶卸压,并对顶板采取了“恒阻锚索补强支护+单体柱临时支护+滞后档矸支护”综合留巷措施,工作面回采后通过巷道变形、单体支柱压力监测对比分析得出,留巷技术应用效果良好,取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to improve the recovery rate of mine resources,reduce the amount of roadway excavation and gangue rate,based on the geological conditions of No.9 coal roadway surrounding rock production,Weiting coal mine carried out technical research on gob side entry retaining without coal pillar.In order to improve the safety and high efficiency of the working face,through the technical research,the blasting roof cutting and pressure relief was carried out on the gob side entry retaining(91220)of 91310 fully mechanized working face,and the comprehensive roadway retaining measures of"constant resistance anchor cable reinforcement support+single column temporary support+lagging retaining gangue support"were adopted.Through the comparative analysis of roadway deformation and single pillar pressure monitoring after mining,it shows that the application effect of roadway retaining technology is good,and remarkable economic benefits have been achieved.
