球磨机传动齿轮副失效的分析及改进措施

摘    要:运用重合度和强度理论对球磨机系统传动齿轮副的失效形式进行研究,指出其工作环境、润滑、安装及密封等是影响齿轮副失效的主要因素,并从上述和维修等方面提出改进措施.实践表明,改进后延长了齿轮副使用寿命,提高了球磨机的工作效率.

Abstract:From the working environment, lubricating aspect; gear with the theory of coincidence degree and intensity. Pointing out studying the form loses efficacy of ball mill system drive the major factors affecting a gear loses efficacy is auxiliary gear wheel work environment, lubrication, assembling and sealing up and so on. Giving improvement measures from the aspects such as lubrication, hermetic sealing, installation and maintenance repairing. The experiment of production campaign indicated that the life time of auxiliary gear wheel is more obvious rising than before, accordingly the effective of ball mill is improving obviously.
