基于低功耗技术的超声波流量计

摘    要:以型号为EPM7064AE的CPLD作为流速测量的核心器件,采用MSP430FW427单片机作为微处理器,设计了基于低功耗技术的超声波流量计。重点介绍了超声波流量计的硬件电路及工作流程。通过采用低功耗技术,最终仪表动态工作电流达到了12μA,静态工作电流达到2~3μA,电池寿命10a以上。该超声波流量计具有始动流量小、压损小、功耗低、工作可靠、功能齐全等优点,具有较好的市场应用前景。

Abstract:Taking CPLD whose type is EPM7064AE as a core device of celoccity measurement,as a microprocessor,MSP430FW427 microcotroller is used to design a ultrasonic flowmeter based on the lower power consumption technology.The hardware circuit workflow of the ultrasonic flowmeter is introduced.Through using the lower power consumption technology,the dynamic working current of the meter reaches to 12μA,the static current reaches to 2~3μA,the battery life is more than 10 years.The ultrasonic flowmeter has some advantages,such as small starting flow,lower pressure loss,lower power consumption,reliable work and fully function etc.It has a good application prospect.
