| 摘 要： | 为了解决传统的采煤机变频器故障诊断维修技术难、周期长、备件费用昂贵的缺点,选取VF64这种变频器为研究对象,针对变频器结构和常见故障机理提出基于VB和SQL数据库开发出一套智能故障诊断与维修软件,给出了具体的故障特征、诊断流程和维修方法,测试结果表明变频器故障的诊断率和维修率得到大幅提高,不仅大大减小了经济负担,提高了技术工人的维修水平,尤为重要的是较大程度地提高了企业的生产效率,具有较好的理论和工程应用价值。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the shortcomings such as difficult technology and long cycle in diagnosis and maintenance of shearer inverter and expensive spare parts,a intelligent fault diagnosis and maintenance software based on VB and SQL database is designed in view of the VF64 inverter structure and common fault mechanism.Specific fault characteristics,diagnosis process and maintenance method are shown.Test results show that the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the frequency converter rate is vastly improved.It can reduce the economic burden,improve the level of maintenance technology workers,and particularly important is that is will greatly improve the efficiency of the production of the enterprise.It has a good theory and engineering application value. |
