柿竹园铁粗精矿回收超纯铁精矿试验研究

摘    要:柿竹园铁粗精矿TFe 48.63%,S 1.84%,SiO2 15.71%,CaO 8.42%,其他元素含量较低,主要的金属矿物为磁铁矿,铁粗精矿中氧化铁矿物嵌布粒度极细,主要氧化铁矿物粒度一般为0.015~0.05 mm。根据进行的工艺矿物学研究和探索性试验结果,确定铁粗精矿回收超纯铁精矿的回收工艺流程,并对回收工艺的每一步进行条件试验。

Abstract:The main metallic mineral of the crude iron ore concentrate(TFe 48.63%,S 1.84%,SiO2 15.71%,CaO 8.42%) in Shizhuyuan is magnetite,the other elements content is very low and it has micro-fine iron oxide dissemination particle size,the particle size of the main iron oxide normally is 0.015~0.05mm.According to the present research of the mineralogy process and the results of the exploratory tests,we determine the recycling process of ultra-pure iron ore concentrate from crude ones,and have dependent trials on every step in the recycling process.
