| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了NC130加工中心控制部分改造的硬件与软件配置,电气系统的核心部分NC与PLC系统的设计,611A驱动系统的调试及报警系统的设置。该中心改造近2a以来运行可靠并完全能满足加工精度要求,改造效果很好。

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to introduce hardware and software configuration in control part reconstructed by NC130 machining centre,design of NC and PLC system as core of electric system,commissioning of 611A drive system and setting of its alarm system.Reconstruction done by NC130 machining centre has operated reliably in past 2 years,which fully meets requirement of machining precision and has proven effect. |
