锚杆支护金属网力学性能理论分析

摘    要:针对煤矿锚网喷支护巷道金属网使用条件无明确的参考标准,造成金属网在现场盲目滥用的问题,采用理论分析的方法对矿用金属网的受力状态、变形状况及支护作用进行了研究。阐述了金属网的传力机制,对金属网的受力特点进行了分析;通过计算分析得出网丝张力和挠度之间的关系,并得到金属网对围岩的护表能力与网丝强度、锚杆间排距和网兜大小3个因素有关。

Abstract:As no specific reference standards of metal mesh appliance for bolt-mesh-shotcret supporting coal mine tunnels, blind abuse of metal mesh is a serious problem in coal mines. Focus on this problem, study the stress state, deformation and supporting effect of metal mesh with the method of theoretical analysis,elaborate the stress transfer mechanism of metal mesh, analyze the stress characters and failure forms of metal mesh, and get the relationship between mesh tension and deflection. Results show that the protect capacity of metal mesh to the surrounding rock is related to three factors of mesh strength, intensity of bolt and size of mesh bags.
