寺家庄高瓦斯工作面液态CO2预裂增透研究

摘    要:寺家庄煤矿是阳煤集团的主力矿井,但煤层瓦斯含量高,透气性差。为提高煤层的透气性,增大煤层间瓦斯抽放效率,开发液态CO2预裂增透技术,阐述了在寺家庄矿井进行的3次试验。试验结果显示,液态CO2增透技术对长时间抽采区域的煤层增透和瓦斯置换有明显增强效果;在保证瓦斯开采效率与最少工程量的前提下,抽采钻孔和预裂钻孔的间距应在10~15 m;CO2预裂增透对减轻煤与瓦斯突出现象亦是明显。

Abstract:Sijiazhuang coal mine is the main mine of Yangmei group, but the coal seam has high gas content and poor air permeability. In order to improve the gas permeability of coal seams, increase the efficiency of gas drainage between coal seams, and develop liquid CO2 pre-cracking anti-reflection technology, describes three tests conducted in Sijiazhuang mine. The test results show that the liquid CO2 anti-reflection technology has a significant effect on coal seam anti-reflection and gas replacement in long-term drainage areas;under the premise of ensuring the efficiency of gas mining and the minimum engineering volume, the drilling and pre-cracking drilling,the spacing should be between 10 and 15 meters;CO2 pre-cracking and anti-reflection is also obvious for reducing coal and gas outbursts.
