基于PLC的矿井风机远程监控系统的设计

摘    要:应用现代工业计算机监测控制技术实时监测井下矿用通风机的运行参数并在线控制是解决风机运行问题的有效方法之一,随着工业信息技术的发展,该方法已经越来越广泛的应用于实际的井下通风系统之中,产生了良好的效果。介绍了风机远程监控的参数,设计了基于可编程逻辑控制器PLC的监控系统总体结构,并详细阐述了硬件的组态过程。

Abstract:Modern industrial monitoring and control technology are used in underground mine ventilator on real-time monitoring of the operation parameters and on-line control. The method has been more and more widely used in the actual underground ventilation system for the good effect. Described the parameters of the ventilator remote monitoring and designed the overall structure of the monitoring system based on programmable logic controller PLC. At last the configuration process of hardware was elaborated.
