W形钢带生产线设计

传统的掘进工作面采用锚杆加托盘联合支护,用这种支护方法最终形成的顶板是由很多的点(托盘)组成,为防止顶板恶性事故的发生,决定采用锚杆、托盘、W形钢带联合支护。W形钢带需要量很大,外购W形钢带,常常因为供货不及时而影响生产,为此,研制了W形钢带生产线,满足了双鸭山矿业集团新安煤矿安全生产的需要。

The traditionary digging into work side adopt the anchor pole adding to tray consociation,the crest plank by consociation is made of a lot of point(tray)finally,in order to protect with the occurrence of crest the plank malignant trouble,decide to adopt anchor pole,tray and W type of steel belt consociation,W type of steel belt are greatly needed.So W type of steel belt are bought from outside.Not providding with goods in time and influence production,Hence,begin to develope,W type of steel belt as production line in order to satisfy with the demands of the mineral safety production.
