摘 要: | 设计了多盘式磁流变液离合器的结构,其能传递较大功率。基于热传导理论,采用有限元方法对多盘式磁流变液离合器内部温度场进行了研究。结果表明,滑差功率较小时,磁流变液离合器整体温度分布较为均匀。温度最低点出现在轴端,最高点出现在传动圆盘内外径之间,此时该装置能够长时间运行;滑差功率较大时,磁流变液内部温度随时间增加呈上升趋势。

Study on Temperature Properties of Multidisc Shaped Magneticrheological Fluid Clutch |

Abstract: | This paper designs a multi-disk magnetorheological fluid (MR fluid) clutch,which can pass a larger power.Furthermore,based on heat conduction theory,the temperature field of Multidisc-Shaped MR fluid Clutch is studied using finite element method.The result indicates that :when slip power is small,the temperature distribution of multi-disk MR fluid clutch is uniform.The lowest temperature appears at the end of the shaft and the highest point appears between the drive discs.At this time,the Multidisc-Shaped MR fluid Clutch can run a long time.When slip power is higher,the temperature of MR fluid increases with the time. |
