基于UG与ADAMS的行星齿轮减速器动力学仿真分析

摘    要:使用UG对行星齿轮减速器进行三维实体建模,通过UG与ADAMS的接口将模型导入ADAMS中,利用ADAMS对行星齿轮减速器在不同的转速下进行动力学仿真分析,得到考虑重力与不考虑重力2种情况下的齿轮啮合力在X、Y轴分量上的大小,并对仿真结果进行比较和分析。分析结果表明:重力对NGW行星齿轮减速器齿轮啮合力大小的影响较大,且随着转速的增加重力的影响也逐渐增大。

Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Planetary Gear Reducer Based on UG and ADAMS
Abstract:3D solid model of the planetary gear reducer was established first by using UG,and then imported it into ADAMS through the interface of UG and ADAMS.In addition,ADAMS was used to carry out the dynamic simulation analysis of the planetary gear reducer in different rotation speeds,considering the gravity and not considering the gravity in two cases of gears meshing forces on the X、Y components were obtained,and then compare and analysis the simulation results.The analysis result shows that the gravity makes a big effect on the gears meshing force,and the effect gradually increased with the increasing rotation speed.
