滚动蜗杆传动摩擦功率损失的研究

摘    要:研究了滚动蜗杆传动的特点,从运动学角度分析了滚动蜗杆传动啮合中几何摩擦功率的损失,确定了转销式或弹性销柱式滚动蜗杆传动相对功率损失的计算方法,并用实例进行了说明,为滚动蜗杆传动设计的参数优化奠定了基础。

Abstract:Studied the feature of the movement transmit of rolling worm . Analyzed the power loss of geometry friction of the movement transmit of rolling worm, and fixed the calculating method of relative power loss of the movement transmit, of rolling worm of king pin style or elastic pillar style. Explained with example, as the foundation of parameter improving of the design of the movement transmit of rolling worm.
