摘    要:研究了遗传算法与模糊分类相结合的故障识别方法,应用于除湿机的故障诊断。实现了模糊规则的自动提取以及模糊隶属度函数的优化,并对规则的优化方法进行了改进,降低系统运算复杂度,同时也提高了精度。该方法不需过多依赖专家经验知识,减少了人工劳动。实验结果证明方法是有效并可行的。

Abstract:The fault recognition method based on combining genetic algorithm and fuzzy classification is studied, which was applied to fault diagnosis for dehumidifier. The fuzzy rule and membership function were optimized and the method of optimizing rules was improved, so that it reduced computation complexity of the system and improved precision. Compared with the diagnosis method based on rule, this method depended on little expert knowledge, and it reduced more manual work. The experiment result proved it was effective.
