摘    要:分析了连续采煤机液压系统的优缺点,改进设计采用负载敏感变量泵+负载敏感比例多路换向阀形式,并着重介绍负载敏感控制的原理。改进后液压系统拥有了寿命长,能量损失少,发热量小的特点。

Abstract:Analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of hydraulic system of continuous miner. Made use of load sensing control pump+load sensing control valve in improved hydraulic system, introduced the theory of load sensing control chiefly. The improved hydraulic system was provided with advantages such as longevity,lower power loss and little loss of radiation.
