架线电机车常见故障的原因及其预防

架线电机车是煤矿生产的主要运输设备 ,其最常见的故障是 :司控器触点或触点装配烧损 ;司控器底座或转轴断裂 ;机车防震板弹簧破断。这些故障直接影响电机车的安全运行 ,阻碍矿井正常生产 ,同时也增加了维修费用。针对以上 3种常见故障进行认真分析 ,寻找原因 ,提出解决办法 ,取得了良好的效果

The reasons of usual faults on tram and prevent measures

Tram is the main transport equipment in the factory of mine production, and the most usual faults in it are: the contact point of motorman controller or assemble of contact point burn out; the pedestal of motorman controller or transfer shaft ruptured; the spring of shockproof board of tram broken. These faults will influence the tram’s safety running directly and block the normal production, mean well, the repair charge will be increased also. To cope with above three usual faults, in this article, I analyze carefully to look for reasons, and bring forward the solution and the well effect.
