虚拟样机技术在减速器设计中的应用

摘    要:介绍了虚拟样机技术的概念和特点,运用CAXA实体设计软件对减速器进行参数化设计和虚拟装配,并应用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对减速器进行运动仿真,仿真结果与理论计算值基本吻合,说明了虚拟样机模型构建合理,仿真具有可信度。虚拟样机技术的应用极大地缩短了减速器的设计研发周期,降低了产品生产成本,为减速器的设计提供了一个高效的开发途径。

Abstract:Concepts and characteristics of virtual prototyping technology are introduced, parametric design and virtual assembly of reducer are actualized with CAXA entities design software, and its motion simulation is achieved in ADAMS which is automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems, simulation results with the theoretical calculated values are coincident. It proves that virtual prototype model is reliable and the simulation result is credible. Applications of virtual prototyping technology greatly shorten the design cycle of reducer and reduce the cost of product, which provides an efficient way for the design of reducer.
