基于ADAMS的滚耙式耙装机构二次开发设计研究

摘    要:以ADAMS为工具,移动式煤仓耙装机构为设计研究对象,运用ADAMS二次开发技术,根据仿真对象的要求,对传统的耙装机构进行改进和二次开发设计,建立新的耙装机构虚拟样机,克服了传统耙装机的缺点,并且解决了在ADAMS中复杂模型建模难以及从其他三维设计分析软件中导入模型时产生的信息丢失、无法修改和模型变形等问题。

Secondary Development of Scraper Loader Mechanism Based on ADAMS
Abstract:It uses mobile coal bucker scraper loader as design and research object and uses ADAMS as tools to handle inconvenience of designing mobile coal bucker scraper loader simulation model in ADAMS.The design is to improve and secondary development about traditional scrape loader mechanism according to requirements of simulation object by using ADAMS secondary development technology.The design has solved complicated problem of scraper loader modeling in ADAMS/View,whose structure is very complicated,and solved problem of model imported by other software which has information lose,model scale deformation,follow-up simulation difficult and so on.
