齿轮故障诊断与分析

摘    要:齿轮出现严重故障时某个局部故障不仅影响产生故障的部位本身,还将影响系统的其它部分,试验发现齿轮局部严重磨损时啮合频率会消失,产生以固有频率为载波频率故障轴的转频为调制频率的现象,同时发现齿轮断齿时存在复杂载波频率成分且齿轮啮合频率出现复杂调制现象,为严重故障齿轮的诊断提供了依据,避免了因误诊给生产带来的损失。

Abstract:When wheel gear appears to break down seriously, a certain part break down not only affect the part that creation fault oneself but also affect the other part of system. The experiment find that while the wheel gear wears away seriously, the meshing frequency disappears , the proper frequency is a frequency of carry wave and the revolve frequence of stalk is modulation frenquency. At the same time that while the wheel gear produces crack, the meshing frequence will appear the phenomenon of complicated modulation and the wheel gear appear the composition of complicated frenquency of carry wave . Above analysis examined a patient to provide the basis for the wheel gear of the serious breakdown, avoided the loss that misdiagnosis bring the production.
