DVG850高速立式加工中心主轴箱拓扑优化设计

摘    要:拓扑优化是在满足结构体积缩减量的条件下使结构的柔度极小化。为了减轻主轴箱的质量,提高DVG850高速立式加工中心主轴箱低阶固有频率和刚度,利用Ansys的拓扑优化模块,以主轴箱前3阶模态固有频率加权(均取1/3)为目标函数、体积为约束条件,对DVG850高速立式加工中心主轴箱进行拓扑优化。根据拓扑优化设计结果,并兼顾主轴箱工作时的受力情况,对主轴箱进行改进设计。

Abstract:Topology optimization is to make the structure flexibility minimization on the condition that to meet the structural volume reduction.In order to reduce the quality of headstock and improve low natural frequency and stiffness of DVG850 high-speed vertical machining center headstock,topology optimization is introduced for it,using topology optimization module of Ansys.And objective function is the former three-order weighted natural frequency of headstock,and constraint is the volume.According to topology optimization results,and taking into account the work force of headstock,the design of headstock is improved.
