热摆辗模具的材料选择及其热处理

摘    要:分析了摆辗模具的工作原理、失效形式,合理地选择材料及制定热处理工艺,可以大大提高模具寿命。摆辗模具在工作中除承受较大的压力和耐受较长时间的高温外,还要受到因反复加热、冷却而引起体积反复变化的交变应力等多种应力的作用,极易导致热疲劳龟裂的产生。经过超高温淬火、回火后的摆辗模获得了较为优良的组织,具有较高的耐热疲劳性能,从而大大地提高了摆辗模的使用寿命,降低了生产成本,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Analyses the principle, the invalidation forms, how to select properly the materials, how to formulate the thermal treatment craft of the rocking - rolling mold, the aid is to enhance greatly the life of the rocking - rolling mold. The rocking - rolling mold always withstands the tremendous pressure and the long 2 time high temperature, is simultaneously affected by many kinds of stress such as the alternate stresses by heating up, cooling repeatedly , which causes the volume to change repeatedly, these factor cause extremely easily the thermomechanical fatigue chap. By superhigh- temperature quenching and tempering, the rockingrolling mold obtains a finer organization, better fatigue resistance. It enhances greatly the life of the rocking - rolling mold, reduces production cost, the economic efficiency become better.
