摘    要:为深入研究变质程度对煤表面润湿性的影响机理,选取了2种变质程度不同的煤样:褐煤和无烟煤。煤的润湿性与其结构有着密不可分的关系。利用FEI INSPECT F50场发射扫描电子显微镜对煤尘的表面形貌进行了观察;利用Bruker TENSOR27红外光谱仪分析可以在不破坏煤的原有结构的情况下更真实地反映其结构。通过煤尘的元素分析、红外光谱实验分析、SEM分析,研究不同变质程度煤的亲疏水性能。研究成果可为配制抑制煤尘配方提供依据。

Abstract:In order to study the influence mechanism of different degree of metamorphism on the wettability of coal surface, selected two kinds of coal samples with different metamorphic degrees: lignite and anthracite. The wettability of coal is closely related to its structure. The FEI INSPECT F50 field emission scanning electron microscope was used to observe the surface morphology of coal dust;the use of Bruker TENSOR27 infrared spectroscopy to study can reflect the structure of coal more truly without destroying the coal original structure. Through elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy experiment analysis and SEM analysis of coal dust, studied the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of coal with different degrees of metamorphism. The research results can provide a basis for formulating coal dust suppression formula.
