| 摘 要： | 从面向市场的视角,探讨了工程项目管理技术在选煤装备研发科研项目中的应用。在产品生命周期、竞争态势分析、波士顿矩阵、风险分析和价值工程等方面进行了分析。实践证明:基于面向市场视角对TDC型高效磁选机研发项目有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | On the view of "faced to market",the engineering management technique was practiced in the development of coal prepare equipments.All the related factors were analyzed,such as product lifecycle,competitive state analysis,Boston matrix,risk analysis and value engineering analysis.It proved to be important as a guidance to the development of TDC high efficient magnetic separator which based on the view of "faced to market". |
