矿山大功率柴油机噪声控制技术研究

摘    要:分析了矿山大功率柴油机的噪声来源,并分别从排气噪声、风扇噪声、燃烧噪声、机械噪声以及结构响应和表面辐射噪声等方面提出了具体的控制措施。综合以上各种方法,使得柴油机整机噪声水平降低了12.8 dB(A),低于国家标准要求,说明所采取的降嗓措施切实可行。

Abstract:The noises source of high power diesel engines in the mine was analyzed and the noises from high power diesel engines in the mine were classified.Some control measures are put forward based on analysis results of noises from exhaust,fan combustion,mechanics,structural response and surface,etc.The results indicate that sound power level(PWL) of the engine is reduced by 12.8dB(A) with proposed measures,which makes it lower than the value of the national standard.So the measures are effective and available.
