基于熵带法的旋转机械故障诊断与故障分类

摘    要:转子系统故障诊断方法大多数是一些定性的方法,缺少有效的定量诊断方法。针对这一问题将信息熵运用于故障诊断领域,提出熵带判断法,并在转子试验台上进行了典型故障的模拟试验,结果表明熵带法对于大部分转子信号能够很好地区分故障类别。

Abstract:Methods which were used in the fault diagnosis of rotor system often is qualitative. And the effectively quantitative method of fault diagnosis for rotor system is less. In order to solve the mentioned problem, information entropy is introduced into fault diagnosis domain. Entropy strip method is brought forward and the representative fault of rotor system is simulated for trying it out on the rotor test - bed. The results show that entropy strip method can distinguish mostly different fault of rotor system based on the signal of rotor system.
