微扭矩检测传感器的研究与实践

摘    要:在钻井液性能参数微机监测系统的开发研究中,对钻井液流变性能参数检测系统的切应力检测进行分析与研究。鉴于现有的扭矩传感器测量扭矩比较大,不适用于微扭矩的检测,故在此系统中,微扭矩检测传感器的研究设计成为了重要的任务,主要工作包括微扭矩检测方案的确定、传感元件材料的选择与分析、电阻应变片的选择与信号处理以及传感器使用过程中的安全与维护分析等。

Abstract:Based on design of computer monitoring system detecting drilling fluid performance parameters,the shear stress monitoring of rheological properties measurement system for drilling fluid was analysed and researched.In view of existing torque sensor measuring large torque,the micro torque didn’t apply to be detected.Therefore,it was important to be researched and designed for sensor of detecting micro torque in this system.The main work included identification of micro torque monitoring program,the selection and analysis of materials of sensing element,the selection and signal processing of resistance strain gages and security and maintenance of monitoring system in process of using.
