摘    要:针对采煤机截割部行星齿轮传动机构经常出现轮齿表面损伤这一问题,利用Pro/E建立行星传动零件的三维模型,应用ABAQUS/Explicit仿真平台软件对主要部件进行装配,并对太阳轮齿廓进行不修形和不对称修形2种情况下的啮合接触应力分析,研究结果表明对太阳轮不对称修行可以有效降低接触应力。

Abstract:According to the coal mining machine cutting part planetary gear transmission mechanism often appear gear surface damage this problem,this paper using Pro/E build planetary transmission components of the three-dimensional model,using ABAQUS/Explicit as the simulation platform,the main components of the assembly,and to the sun for gear profile the shape and asymmetric repair form two cases of meshing contact stress analysis,the results of the study show that the sun round of asymmetric practice can effectively reduce the contact stress
