摘    要:论述了变截面叶片的结构和加工工艺,针对A回转台/B摆动轴式五轴联动数控机床的叶片加工,分析了后置处理中重要的机床运动轨迹坐标变换;就进、出汽边曲线段加工时,机床旋转自由度大幅摆动导致加工表面质量下降的问题,提出了进给速度修正的方法;开发出的后置处理软件算法的正确性通过在HX-151机床上某叶片样件的加工得到了验证。

Abstract:Structure and processing technic of varying-section blade is discussed.As to the processing of blade on five-axis CNC machine equipped with A rotary workbench/B swing spindle,coordinate transformation of machine trajectory is analyzed,which is major part of post processing.Feed rate rectification is proposed to avoid surface quality decline due to rotary degree swinging when stream inlet and outlet curved section is milled.Based on the research above,post processing program is developed and validated on HX-151 machine with an example process on a blade model.
