摘    要:卷带装置是煤炭高效开采机电一体化技术与装备的关键设备,研究其设计理论对带式输送机的应用具有重要意义。通过分析带式输送机受力关系,归纳总结了多种阻力对开环输送带牵引力的影响,运用工程力学方法建立牵引力的计算模型,分析牵引力与牵引距离的变化关系。研究结果表明,完整的牵引力曲线存在极值点,不同的起始牵引点对应的牵引力曲线存在不同的极值点。通过模型计算结果与实验结果相比较证明牵引力理论模型的合理性,将牵引力计算模型应用于卷带装置的设计。牵引力理论模型可以理想地计算输送带安装牵引力,基于该理论模型求解得到的带式输送机牵引力与工程实际结果接近,为工程设计、设备选型、设备安装提供有效的依据。

Abstract:The winding belt device is the key equipment of the mechatronics technology and equipment for efficient coal mining. Studying its design theory is of great significance for the application of belt conveyors. By analyzing the force relationship of the belt conveyor,the effects of various resistances on the traction force of the open-loop belt were summarized,and the calculation model of the traction force was established using engineering mechanics methods,and the relationship between the traction force and the traction distance was analyzed. The research results show that there are extreme points in the complete traction curve and different extreme points in the traction curve correspond to different starting traction points. The comparison between the model calculation results and the experimental results proves the rationality of the traction theory model and the traction calculation model was applied to the design of the winding belt device. The theoretical model of traction force can ideally calculate the traction force of the conveyor belt installation. The traction force of the belt conveyor obtained based on the theoretical model is close to the actual engineering results,which provides an effective basis for engineering design, equipment selection, and equipment installation.
