超大采高工作面大断面巷道超前支护设备研制与应用

针对世界首个8.8 m超大采高工作面大断面回风顺槽超前支护问题,以上湾煤矿124018.8 m综采工作面回风顺槽为工程背景,根据巷道实际开采地质条件与锚杆支护参数,研制出了ZFDC81100/30.5/55D型高强度迈步分体式超前支架组,给出了超前支架总体结构特征、技术参数与支架布置方案,并分析了超前支架窄型顶梁、多级侧护机构、非对称承载机构及防倒机构等创新设计方案。现场实践表明,超前支架参数设计合理,在保护顶板锚杆支护系统的基础上巷道围岩变形较小,得到了有效控制,可以满足8.8 m超大采高工作面回风顺槽安全支护与辅助运输要求,具有良好的安全技术与经济效益,为后续类似超大采高工作面超前支架设计提供参考。

Development and Application of Advanced Support Equipment in Ultra Large Mining Height Face with Large Section Entry

In view of the advanced support problems of large section entry in the first 8.8 m large mining height face in the world,taking the air return tunnel of 124018.8 m large mining height face as the engineering background,according to the actual mining geological conditions and bolt support parameters,the ZFDC81100/30.5/55D type of high strength split advanced support group was developed.The general structure,technical parameters and arrangement of the advanced supports are put forward,and the innovative design schemes such as narrow top beam,multi-stage side guard mechanism,asymmetric bearing mechanism and anti-collapse mechanism are proposed.Field practice shows that the design of the advanced support parameters is reasonable,the entry deformation is small,and it is effectively controlled on the basis of the protection of the roof bolt support system,which can meet the requirements of the safety advanced support and auxiliary transportation of the air return tunnel in the 8.8 m ultra large mining height face.It have good safety technology and economic benefits,and provides a reference for the advance support design in similar super high mining face.
