摘    要:针对煤矿井下多种无线钻孔轨迹测量仪器没有性能检验App的现状,基于Qt与Android设计了一种钻孔轨迹仪性能检验App,实现了蓝牙无线连接、轨迹仪数据采集处理、检验指标设计与自动计算、误差曲线绘制、报表生成、参数设置等功能。按照煤炭行业标准的规定,设计了可灵活编辑的检验指标和自动化检验流程。经过对多种无线钻孔轨迹测量仪器和多个Android版本进行功能和性能测试,结果表明,App的稳定性和可靠性较高,能满足性能检验和出厂检验的要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the status that many wireless drilling trajectory measuring instruments in coal mine are without performance testing App,a drilling tracker performance test App was designed based on Qt and Android,which realizes Bluetooth wireless connection,tracker data acquisition and processing,inspection index design and automatic calculation,error curve drawing,report generation,parameter setting and other functions.According to the provisions of the coal industry standards,flexible inspection indicators and automated inspection procedures were designed.After using various wireless drilling trajectory measuring instruments and multiple Android versions for functional and performance testing,the results show that the stability and reliability of the App are high enough to meet the needs of performance test and factory test.
